Prices and quotes

Every trip is priced for your group, your dates and your hotel choices, so the website shows no fixed prices. Ask for a quote and we will send one in writing.

Your itinerary may change with your flight arrival and departure times, which can also change the final price. Once your flights are confirmed, we will tell you.

Prices follow any new or revised taxes set by the Sri Lankan Government or other authorities.

Payment and deposit terms are agreed with you in writing before you book.

Bookings and refunds

• All reservations depend on availability when you book.
• There is no refund for unused stays or services.
• Bank charges that arise outside Sri Lanka are paid by the sender of the payment.

Entrance fees

Any increase in government entrance fees is paid by the guest. Entry to the Colombo Museum, on tours that visit it, is US$ 15 per person.

The itinerary on the day

• The order of the days may change, with or without notice, to keep the trip and your flights running smoothly.
• All drive times are approximate.
• Sudden changes in train timetables or weather are beyond our control.
• Liquor is not served in public on Full Moon Poya days.
